These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 999Exchange website and services at 999exchange.live ("999Exchange", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the site or using any of our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility

4. Commission & Fees
999Exchange operates as a betting exchange and may charge commission on matched volume or net winnings according to your account tier (for example, 2%, 3% or 5%). Applicable rates are displayed within the platform and may be updated from time to time. Our Exchange Fee Comparison tool provides illustrative estimates only and does not form part of any contract.
5. Bets, Games & Results
All wagers are subject to the specific rules of each market or game. Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be cancelled except as provided by those rules. We reserve the right to void bets affected by obvious error, technical malfunction, manipulation or events beyond our reasonable control. Our records will, absent manifest error, be the final authority in determining outcomes.

The Triple 9 Game uses play credits with no monetary value and cannot be cashed out. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment or betting advice.
